The heart beats steady, calm, and slow,
Like rivers where the quiet flows.
In this small pause, so pure, so sweet,
The soul and silence softly meet.
Feel the peace, so calm, so bright,
A fleeting gift—a quiet light.
Hold it close, then gently roam,
Forever touched by this moment’s home.
