Poem: A Million Ways Back to God

There’s a million ways back to God,
Through whispers in the silent sod,
In morning light or twilight’s hush,
In every breath, a sacred rush.

Through tears that fall like gentle rain,
Washing sorrow, healing pain,
In laughter shared with hearts made whole,
A million paths that lead the soul.

In stars that pierce the velvet night,
A million flames of holy light,
In every act of love we give,
The road to God, the way we live.

In quiet prayers, in open skies,
In truth that never hides or lies,
In kindness given, freely sown,
A million ways to find our own.

No map, no compass, no set road,
Just steps of grace, a humble code,
Each heart its own, yet all the same—
A million ways to call God’s name.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
