
Guided Meditation: Clearing Negative Energies and Entities
Begin by finding a quiet, safe space. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply.
Inhale…
Exhale…
Let your body begin to relax. Let your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, and your mind settle.
Breathe in through your nose… and out through your mouth.
With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present in your body, more anchored to this moment.
Step 1: Grounding
Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet. These roots travel deep into the Earth, anchoring you securely.
Feel the Earth’s steady, grounding energy rise up through these roots and into your body.
You are safe. You are supported.
As this energy flows upward, it begins to gently push out all that no longer belongs to you—tension, fear, pain, and heaviness.
Step 2: Clearing the Body
Now, bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Imagine a warm, golden light descending from above—pure, radiant, loving light.
This light enters through the crown of your head. It is here to cleanse and heal.
Let it slowly move down through your body—
Washing through your mind, clearing out thoughts that do not serve you.
Moving through your throat, releasing any words or energy stuck there.
Flowing into your heart, dissolving emotional pain, grief, or sadness.
Let this light move through your chest, your arms, your abdomen, your back, your hips…
It continues down your legs and all the way to your toes.
As it moves, it clears away all negative energy, all attachments, all entities or cords that are not yours to carry.
They are released now.
They dissolve into the light, never to return.
You may feel warmth, tingling, or simply peace.
Trust that it is working.
Step 3: Reclaiming Your Energy
Now, say to yourself—silently or aloud:
“I call back all of my energy—cleansed, healed, and restored.
Any energy that does not belong to me, I release now.
I am sovereign. I am whole. I am protected.”
Feel your energy returning to you—vibrant, clear, and strong.
It fills the spaces that were once occupied by fear or heaviness.
Step 4: Protection
Now, see a sphere of light forming around you.
It can be white, gold, violet—any color that feels powerful and protective to you.
This sphere surrounds your entire body, sealing in your healed energy and shielding you from anything that does not serve your highest good.
Say to yourself:
“I am surrounded by divine light.
I am safe. I am protected.
Only love, truth, and peace may enter my space.”
Step 5: Return
Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Take a few deep, grounding breaths…
And when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
Closing Affirmation
You may repeat this to yourself now:
“I am clear. I am light. I am aligned.
All is well within me.
I walk forward in peace, in strength, and in truth.”Thank-you for reading.
