I woke with a silence
too loud to ignore—
the kind that lives
beneath every closed door.
The world keeps spinning,
but not always true—
some days I drift
just to make it through.
But here in the stillness
a whisper arrives:
“Live from the heart—
that’s how you survive.”
Not chasing approval,
not fearing the fall,
but standing in wonder,
and answering the call.
To feel without filters,
to cry when it’s time,
to laugh like a landslide,
unafraid of the climb.
So I open my chest
like a window at dawn—
let the light in,
let the past be gone.
No script, no shield,
just breath and start—
this is how I live:
live from the heart.
