Poem: Energy Healing

In silence deep, where stillness lies,
Beyond the bounds of earth and skies,
A current flows, both soft and true—
A light within, a life anew.

Hands that hover, hearts that feel,
An unseen force begins to heal.
No words are said, yet peace is found,
As burdens lift without a sound.

The soul remembers what was lost,
Through pain endured, through lines it crossed.
But now the breath, both calm and wide,
Invites the spirit back inside.

A shimmer moves through every cell,
Like sacred tides, a whispered spell.
Old wounds unwind, release their hold,
In quiet grace, the body’s told:

“You are the flame, you are the sea,
You hold the code of how to be.
Let go, let flow, just trust the stream,
This healing is no distant dream.”

So rest, dear heart, in sacred light,
Let shadows fade into the night.
The energy knows where to go—
It loves, it mends, it helps you grow.
