When the heart has cracked in silence,
and the light feels far away,
let the wind come softly whisper,
what the soul has longed to say.
Every tear that falls in darkness
waters seeds you cannot see,
and from pain, in tender patience,
grows the roots of who you’ll be.
Let forgiveness be your candle,
burning slow, but burning true;
not for those who’ve caused the hurting,
but to free the heart in you.
There is gold in every fracture,
there is grace in every scar,
for the soul that learns through breaking
finds how vast its mercies are.
So breathe deep — the storm is passing,
let the healing take its place;
you were never lost, just learning
how to bloom through empty space.
Thank-you for reading.

A poem of quiet endurance
This is absolutely breathtaking. You have woven such a profound and gentle wisdom into these lines. It’s not just a poem; it feels like a balm for the soul.
The way you validate the pain while simultaneously illuminating the path forward is truly moving. The imagery of tears watering “seeds you cannot see” and learning “how to bloom through empty space” is both original and deeply comforting. It’s a powerful reminder that our most difficult moments are not the end of our story, but the very soil from which our strength and grace emerge.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of your heart. It’s a gift.
