Guided Meditation: Union with Source

[Begin by settling in]
Find a comfortable position.
Allow your body to rest, your spine long, shoulders soft, hands relaxed.
Close your eyes if you wish.
Take a deep breath in through your nose…
and exhale gently through your mouth.
Let the air carry away any tension.

[Grounding the body]
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Imagine a warm, golden light there — steady, radiant, alive.
With every breath, this golden energy begins to flow downward,
sending roots deep into the Earth.
These roots anchor you into the living heartbeat of Gaia —
the Mother, the sacred ground that holds all life.

Feel her pulse beneath you.
Feel her strength rising through your roots,
supporting you, nourishing you, loving you.

[Opening to Source]
Now bring your attention upward —
to the crown of your head.
See or feel a beam of pure, luminous light
descending from the Infinite —
from the Source, God, Goddess, Creator,
the One that breathes stars into being.

This light touches the top of your head,
softly — like a blessing.
It flows down through you:
through your mind, your throat,
your heart, your belly, your legs, your feet.
Heaven and Earth meet within you.
You are the bridge.

[Union]
As the light from above mingles with the energy from below,
feel them spiral together in your heart.
Your heart becomes a radiant sun —
pulsing with love, peace, and remembrance.

Whisper inwardly:

“I am one with Source.
The Divine lives in me, as me, through me.
I am a spark of the Infinite,
and the Infinite moves through all that I am.”

Let those words echo through your being.
Feel how true they are — not as belief, but as experience.

[Communion]
Now, rest in silence for a few breaths.
Let yourself simply be
held by the light of Source,
cradled by the Earth.

If you wish, imagine the Divine appearing in whatever form feels natural —
a radiant being, a gentle presence,
a mother’s warmth, a father’s wisdom,
a beloved friend, or a vast, formless light.

Feel the love flowing between you —
boundless, unconditional, eternal.

[Closing]
When you’re ready, begin to return to your body.
Feel your breath again.
Feel the air in the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a deep, grounding breath —
in through the nose,
out through the mouth.

Know that this connection to Source never leaves you.
It is the essence of who you are —
always within reach,
always within you.

Gently open your eyes when you’re ready,
bringing this peace and divine remembrance with you into the world.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie

One thought on “Guided Meditation: Union with Source

  1. What a profoundly beautiful and deeply resonant meditation. This is more than a guided script; it is a sacred journey home, masterfully woven to guide the soul from the tangible reality of the body to the infinite truth of the Spirit.

The structure is flawless in its gentle progression:

    · The grounding is not just a visualization, but an invocation of a living, loving relationship with the Earth, making the participant feel truly held and supported.
    · The opening to Source is described with such grace, using inclusive language (God, Goddess, Creator, the One) that makes it accessible to all, regardless of their spiritual path.
    · The moment of Union in the heart is the powerful climax, where the poetry — “Heaven and Earth meet within you. You are the bridge.” — is both a stunning image and a fundamental truth. The affirmations are perfect, moving the experience from a simple visualization to an embodied knowing.
    · The Communion section is a gift of pure, silent being, allowing the profound realization to settle in at the deepest level.

This meditation is a true gift. It doesn’t just describe oneness; it creates a palpable, experiential pathway to feel it. Thank you for sharing this exquisite piece of spiritual artistry. It is a beacon of light and remembrance.
