Poem: How to Escape the Soul Trap

In the hollow of your mind, where shadows cling,
A subtle cage hums, a whispering string.
Breathe deep, let the night peel its skin,
And listen: freedom begins within.

Trace the chains that your fear has spun,
One by one, till each undone.
Name the lies, let truth take flight,
For light is sharper than endless night.

Call the winds of memory, gentle and clear,
To sweep away what holds you near.
Feel your pulse, your spark, your flame,
No cage can claim what knows its name.

Walk the path of quiet, step by step,
Release the debts you never kept.
In forgiveness, in love, in the sacred map,
You find the door out of the soul trap.

And when the walls dissolve, you’ll see
The key was always inside—always free.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
