Poem: Everlasting Love

Before the stars learned how to shine,
My heart was already finding you,
A quiet pull through space and time,
A truth the universe always knew.

Seasons turn and years may bend,
Faces change, and moments flee,
Yet where my soul and yours suspend,
Love stands still, endlessly.

In every loss, in every rise,
Your name is written in my breath,
A constant dawn behind my eyes,
A vow that outlives even death.

When worlds grow old and skies grow dim,
And time forgets the stories it told,
I’ll still be choosing you, again—
An everlasting love, unrolled.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
