Cleansing the Light of Your

Your aura is the energetic field that surrounds your body. Throughout the day, interactions, emotions, stress, and environments can leave energetic residue within this field. A gentle aura cleansing meditation helps release stagnant energy, restore balance, and allow your natural light to shine more clearly. This guided practice will help you purify, protect, and strengthen the light of your aura.
Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without interruption. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Hold it for a moment, and gently exhale through your mouth. Continue breathing slowly and naturally, allowing your body to relax with each breath.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head. Imagine a soft, radiant light above you. This light is pure, cleansing, and filled with peaceful energy. As you inhale, visualize this light slowly flowing down into your body, entering through the crown of your head.
Let the light move gently through your mind, washing away tension, heavy thoughts, and mental clutter. Feel your mind becoming clearer and calmer. With every exhale, release anything that no longer serves you.
Now allow the light to move down through your throat, shoulders, and chest. As it fills your heart space, imagine it dissolving emotional weight, stress, and negativity. Your heart becomes lighter, warmer, and more open.
Continue guiding this light through your arms and hands, then down through your stomach and lower body. The light cleanses every part of you, releasing stagnant energy and restoring balance.
Now imagine this light expanding beyond your physical body, flowing into your aura—the energy field surrounding you. See it moving like a gentle wave of luminous energy, clearing away dull or heavy vibrations.
As the light moves through your aura, it removes energetic debris, emotional residue, and lingering stress. Your aura begins to glow brighter, clearer, and stronger.
Visualize your entire energy field becoming radiant and vibrant. The light surrounding you feels protective, peaceful, and harmonious. Your aura is now balanced, cleansed, and filled with pure energy.
Take a few more slow, deep breaths. Feel gratitude for this moment of renewal and energetic healing. When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your body. Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes, and when it feels right, open your eyes.
Carry this sense of clarity and energetic light with you throughout your day, knowing that your aura can always be cleansed and renewed with intention and mindful awareness.
