This is a poem about how one feels when they lose something. After looking for what they lost they find it! I hope you enjoy this poem.
Poem: Lost You
My heart stopped beating
I cannot breathe
Tears filled my eyes.
I could feel part of my soul
Slip away into the nothingness.
I thought I lost all I am.
I thought I lost you.
The room went cold
Everything seemed so old
I lost my boldness
I lost my edge.
I thought I lost you in the cold.
My heart raced with delight.
I had been looking all night.
In the brightness of the stars.
I found you with great delight.
