Poem: Life is Too Short

Life is too short for all your games.
You do not have to turn everything
Into your own personal drama.
I have seen this game played
Over and over again.
It is such a shame.
There is no one to blame.
It’s your way to gain attention.
But this is your game!
 Do not drag me into your insanity.
I am sane and will not play your game.
Life is too short not to get along.
Yes, someone was right, and someone was wrong.
Face up to it.  Admit your mistakes. Forgive and get along.
Life is too short for these games of drama.
I will not be a part of it.
Make up and be friends.
Do not put me in the middle
Or, no one will like where it will end.
Let go of the stupid stuff and be friends.
Life is too short for such childish games.
