Book Review: Break the Silence a Brenda Mohammed Project
Break the Silence is a collection of poetry from all over the world, helping raise awareness of domestic violence. This book is a step to World peace. 87 poets from all over the globe came together to raise awareness of this world problem. Brenda Mohammed was the brain behind this project. I am very honored to say, I was a part of this amazing project. My poem is on page 65.
Break the Silence is a powerful collection of poetry from poets all of walks of life. Each poem sees domestic violence through the poet’s eyes. Feel the love, hate, and pain of this world-wide problem as you read these amazing poems. This book is a collection of poems that shows the power of unity the world can have.
I would like to personally thank Brenda Mohammed for coming up with this project, for creating awareness of the problem of domestic violence. I am proud to have been a part of this project to help the world in some small way.
Thank-you for reading and have a blessed day!
