Slow and easy
Until the lungs are full,
Deep until you can’t take anymore in.
Hold it as long as you can and exhale.
Breathe like this for a few minutes.
Relax, you breathe can help control your mood.
I am not trying to be rude.
But the way you breathe has a lot to do
With the mood you are in.
The way you breathe can reduce stress.
It can help you panic a lot less.
When your life seems like a mess.
Take a few deep breaths.
It will help calm you down.
This is sound, the word is getting around.
Meditation and self-love
Are gifts from above.
The world is too hectic and messy.
We need to find fresh ways to slow down.
But, if that isn’t possible.
Then learning to breathe differently
Can help save your day in so many ways.
