Some people don’t know or care what coffee does to their bodies. All these people know is that coffee gets them going first thing in the morning. And coffee helps people get through a tiring day. Many people do not know that if you drink coffee smartly, one to four cups of coffee a day, it may be beneficial to your health.

Coffee has antioxidants and nutrients that help prevent tissue damage caused by molecules called oxygen-free radicals. Coffee also contains magnesium and chromium that help the body use insulin. Insulin control blood sugar levels in the body. Therefore, drinking coffee smartly may help prevent type 2diabetes. Who would have thought?

Drinking too much coffee can be harmful to your health. Coffee has caffeine it. Did you know you should have less than 500 milligrams of caffeine a day? Most people do not know how much caffeine they ingest in a day. That is why is it so important to watch what you eat and drink daily.
Smart coffee drinking will not harm you. Coffee, like everything else, is alright in moderation. Coffee is not great for you if that is the only thing you drink all day long. Drink a verity of different things throughout the day is very important for your health. Make sure you get on eight to ten eight ounces glasses of water in a day.
Coffee contains good thing for your body. Coffee has antioxidants, magnesium and chromium. These are all things that our bodies need daily. So, I am not saying that drinking a lot of coffee is good or bad. There are some small benefits to drinking coffee that people may not have been aware of before.
