Today’s message is about empathy. Empathy is not a weakness, it is a huge strength. Many spiritual people are deep empaths. This only means you feel things very deeply, both good and bad. Empaths try not to judge. They realize everyone is on their own personal spiritual path and has their own history.
Empaths must protect their own energies because they often try to help and protect others by absorbing their negative energies. This is part of the empath’s healing process itself. They first realize they can help without taking on the other person’s negative energies. Empath’s learn to protect their own energy and set up strong boundaries.
