
Today’s message is a very important one. We are spiritual beings have a human experience and we must honor the body. These days that is not so easy to do with all the chemicals and additives in our foods. Eat natural as often as you can. Love and respect your physical body by getting enough sleep, sunlight, and exercise. Do the things you love and always take time out each day to be grateful for the little things in life.
