In just about all spirit practices it is a good idea to connect to your high-self. Your higher is the part of you that is connected to God. It’s the part of you that still is in Heaven. Here is a guided meditation to help you connect to your higher-self.

Connecting to Your Higher-self Meditation
Take a moment to find a comfortable position, allowing your body to relax and your mind to settle. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs, and then exhale, releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to your heart center. Visualize a warm, golden light radiating from this area, expanding with each breath. Feel this light enveloping your entire being, creating a sense of peace and tranquility.
Now, imagine a staircase in front of you leading up to a higher realm. Each step you take brings you closer to your higher self, a part of you that is connected to the divine and holds infinite wisdom and love.
With each step, feel yourself becoming lighter and more aligned with your true essence. As you reach the top of the staircase, you find yourself in a beautiful, serene space filled with pure white light. This is the realm of your higher self.
Take a moment to observe your surroundings. Notice the peace and stillness that permeates this space. Feel the unconditional love and acceptance that emanates from your higher self.
Now, imagine a mirror in front of you. As you gaze into it, see your reflection merging with the image of your higher self. Feel the connection and oneness between the two. Allow any doubts or fears to dissolve as you fully embrace this divine connection.
In this state of unity, ask your higher self for guidance and wisdom. Trust that the answers will come to you in the form of intuitive thoughts, feelings, or signs in your daily life. Open yourself to receive this guidance with gratitude and an open heart.
Take a few moments to simply be in this space of connection and integration. Allow the energy of your higher self to infuse every cell of your being, bringing clarity, peace, and a deep sense of purpose.
When you are ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body. Feel the ground beneath you, the air on your skin, and the gentle rise and fall of your breath. Take a moment to express gratitude for this experience and the connection you have established with your higher self.
Know that you can return to this space of connection and guidance whenever you need. Trust in the wisdom and love that resides within you, and allow it to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and growth.
Take one final deep breath in, and as you exhale, gently open your eyes, bringing this sense of connection and alignment with you into your day.
