Soul Healing Reading For August 2, 2023

Today’s message is a little different, but no less important. Today’s message is about grounding.  Something we all should do for 20 minutes every day, but we often forget to.  So here is your reminder for today.

Guided Meditation for grounding Using a Tree

To practice a grounding meditation using a tree, follow these steps:

1. Find a quiet and comfortable outdoor space where you can sit or stand near a tree that you feel drawn to.
2. Begin by taking a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and release any tension in your body.
3. Gently bring your attention to the tree in front of you. Notice its size, shape, and texture. Observe its branches, leaves, and roots.
4. Imagine roots growing out from the soles of your feet or the base of your spine, extending deep into the earth, connecting you to the tree’s roots.
5. As you inhale, visualize energy from the earth flowing up through your roots, up your legs or spine, and into your body, filling you with stability and grounding.
6. As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or negative emotions leaving your body and flowing back down into the earth, being absorbed and transformed.
7. Continue this visualization, focusing on the sensation of being anchored to the earth through the tree’s roots and your own roots.
8. If you feel comfortable, you can even place your hands on the trunk of the tree or lean against it, further strengthening your connection.
9. Allow yourself to stay present and connected to the tree for as long as you desire, basking in its grounding energy.
10. When you’re ready to end the meditation, gently bring your attention back to your body and surroundings, expressing gratitude to the tree and the earth for their support.
11. Take a moment to stretch and move your body, integrating the grounding experience into your physical being.
Remember, the practice of grounding meditation using a tree is a personal and intuitive experience. Adjust and adapt the steps as per your comfort and needs, allowing yourself to fully embrace the healing and grounding energy of the tree.

Guided Meditation for grounding Using a Crystal

Grounding meditation with a crystal can help to connect you with the earth’s energy and provide a sense of stability and balance. Here’s a step-by-step guide to practicing grounding meditation using a crystal:

1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down. It’s best to be in a place where you feel safe and won’t be disturbed.

2. Choose a crystal that resonates with you for grounding purposes. You can use crystals such as hematite, smoky quartz, black tourmaline, or any other crystal that you find grounding and stabilizing.

3. Hold the crystal in your hand and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress you may be holding.

4. Close your eyes and imagine yourself standing barefoot on the ground. Visualize roots growing out of the soles of your feet, descending deep into the earth.

5. As you connect with your roots, imagine grounding energy flowing up through the roots and into your body. Feel the stability and support that comes with this earth energy. Allow it to fill every cell of your being.

6. Now, focus your attention on the crystal in your hand. Feel its weight, texture, and energy. Take some time to really become present with the crystal.

7. Place the crystal on the ground in front of you and imagine energy flowing from the crystal into the earth, further grounding and stabilizing your energy. Feel the connection between the crystal, the earth, and yourself.

8. As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine any excess energy or tension flowing out of your body through the roots and into the earth. Let go of anything that no longer serves you and allow the earth to absorb it.

9. Stay in this grounded and connected state for as long as you’d like, simply being present with the energy and sensations you’re experiencing.

10. When you feel ready, gently open your eyes and take a moment to reorient yourself to your surroundings. Thank the crystal for its support and the earth for grounding and stabilizing your energy.

Remember, grounding meditation using a crystal is a personal practice, and you can adapt it to suit your own intuition and preferences. Experiment with different crystals and techniques to find what resonates with you the most.

Thank-you for reading,

Much love and light,

Brenda Marie
