Poem: A Mother’s Battles Never End

In the realm of love, a mother’s soul contends,
Through trials and tribulations, her strength transcends,
Her battles are fought in the deepest of despair,
Yet still, she fights on, with unwavering care.

From the moment she conceives, a war begins,
A battle for life, against darkness and sins,
She nurtures a life, within her sacred womb,
Protecting the fragile, amidst life’s gloom.

And as her child emerges, into the harsh light,
A mother fights against darkness, with all her might,
She battles against the world, so dark and cold,
Fiercely protecting her child, as she had foretold.

Through nights of endless worry, she stands by,
Fighting off the demons, with an unwavering cry,
A mother’s love knows no bounds, no end,
Her battles, like a warrior, she’ll always defend.

Through scraped knees and broken hearts, she’s there,
Mending the pieces, with a tender care,
A mother’s battles may be invisible, unseen,
But her love and devotion, forever keen.

As the years go by, her battles may change,
Yet her spirit remains strong, through every range,
She fights for her child’s dreams and hopes,
Guiding them through life’s winding slopes.

Through every failure and every success,
A mother’s love stays strong, no matter the stress,
Her battles may be weary, her heart heavy at times,
But her love and courage, eternally climbs.

For a mother’s battle is never truly done,
She fights for her children, until time’s last run,
A love that’s unyielding, forever on her defend,
A mother’s battle, my dear, shall never end.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
