
Welcome to this guided meditation for connecting with the Reiki symbol Sei He Ki. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, let go of any tension or stress you may be feeling. Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.
Now, bring your awareness to your breath. Notice the natural flow of your breath, the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. Take a few moments to deepen your breath, breathing in slowly, and exhaling fully.
As you continue to breathe, imagine a gentle, calming energy surrounding you. Visualize yourself surrounded by a soft, glowing light, which represents the healing power of Sei He Ki. Feel this light enveloping your entire being, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Now, bring your attention to your heart center, located in the middle of your chest. Place your hands over your heart and take a deep breath in, feeling the warmth and energy of your hands connecting with your heart center. As you exhale, release any tension or emotions that may be weighing on your heart.
Now, envision the Sei He Ki symbol in your mind’s eye. See it clearly – the two diagonal lines intersecting in the center, with two smaller lines branching off each side. Allow this symbol to become bright and vibrant, radiating with healing energy.
As you hold the image of the Sei He Ki symbol in your mind, repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud:
“I release all emotional imbalances that no longer serve me.”
“I release all mental patterns that limit my growth and well-being.”
“I am free from past traumas, allowing healing to take place.”
“I am in harmony and balance, both within myself and with the world around me.”
Feel the energy of these affirmations resonating within you, aligning with the healing power of the Sei He Ki symbol. Notice any sensations or emotions that arise as you repeat these affirmations, and allow them to be released, transformed, and healed.
Breathe deeply and fully, feeling the energy of Sei He Ki spreading throughout your body. With each breath, feel the emotional and mental imbalances being released, and a sense of harmony and balance being restored.
Take a few more moments to bask in this energy, allowing it to permeate every cell of your being. Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need to heal emotional or mental imbalances, release traumas, or promote harmony and balance in your life.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes and bring yourself back into the present moment. Take a moment to express gratitude for the healing energy of Sei He Ki and for the time you have taken for yourself today. May you carry this sense of balance and harmony with you as you continue your journey.
