Poem: Life’s Ups and Downs

In life’s grand dance, we waltz and sway,
Through sunlit fields and stormy gray,
With hearts that lift and spirits dive,
We find our rhythm, we strive to thrive.

On golden days, the skies are clear,
Our laughter rings, our joys appear,
We chase the dreams, the future bright,
In every dawn, we taste the light.

Yet shadows fall and tempests roar,
When doubts arise and hopes seem poor,
The path is rough, the night is long,
But even silence sings a song.

Through valleys deep and mountains high,
We learn to spread our wings and fly,
For in the ebb, there’s strength we gain,
And through the trials, we break the chain.

So let the winds of fate be kind,
Or harsh and wild, they’ll shape the mind,
In every turn, both high and low,
We find the seeds of what we grow.

Embrace the dance of rise and fall,
For in this rhythm, we find it all,
The joy, the pain, the peace profound,
In life’s ups and downs, we’re truly found.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and light,

Brenda Marie
