The voice within that whispers doubts,
A shadowed echo, cold and loud,
Has held you down, unseen by most,
A ghost that lingers, steals your growth.
But now the dawn breaks soft and clear,
The light of truth dissolves the fear.
You are not the chains you wear,
Nor the silent, heavy air.
Each time you stumble, rise again,
Release the guilt, release the pain.
You are enough, a steady flame,
Untouched by failure, free of shame.
The path is yours, the time is now,
To plant new seeds and make a vow—
No more battles fought within,
You deserve the strength to win.
So silence doubt, unbind your wings,
Rise above those crippling strings.
For you are worthy, strong, and free,
Of self-sabotage, let yourself be.
Thank-you for reading.
Much Love and light,
Brenda Marie
