Notice that the bubble is flexible and gentle, yet strong and resilient. It responds to your energy, adjusting to create the perfect level of protection for you. Feel how this golden bubble acts as a shield from any negativity or stress, both from within and from the outside world. Imagine that no unwanted energy can enter this bubble; it simply bounces off, leaving you undisturbed and peaceful.

With each breath, this bubble becomes stronger and brighter. You may even begin to notice a subtle humming or vibration within the bubble, as it vibrates with the energy of love and protection. Trust that you are fully supported and surrounded by this loving energy.
