Poem: In the Midst of Chaos

In the Midst of Chaos

Amid the storm, where shadows roar,
And chaos swarms on every shore,
I stand, though torn by winds that tear,
A soul untouched, beyond despair.

The earth may quake, the skies may burn,
Yet in the chaos, I discern—
A strength that rises, pure and deep,
From hidden roots that never sleep.

In shattered dreams, in fractured days,
Through tangled paths and smoky haze,
I find within, a silent grace,
A steady heart, a steady pace.

For in the noise, a truth unfolds,
A quiet power, fierce and bold,
That only when the world’s unmade,
Can inner strength emerge, unswayed.

So let the tempest howl and roar,
I’ll face it, stronger than before,
For in the chaos, I have found,
A force that cannot be unbound.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
