A release of words, like birds in flight,
Escaping the silence, embracing the light.
A breath of freedom, a whisper so true,
A story unfolding, a dream coming through.
The weight of the world, now softly let go,
As rivers of thought in wild currents flow.
The chains of the past are no longer tight,
In the dance of the moment, the heart feels light.
Releasing the sorrow, the doubts, and the fear,
Allowing the joy to grow ever so near.
The pages turn freely, no longer bound,
A melody rising, a sacred sound.
In this release, a soul is reborn,
From the dusk of despair, to the light of the morn.
Each word, each breath, is a step toward peace,
In the quiet of release, all tensions cease.
