Sometimes, you must pause, let the world stand still,
When the rush overwhelms, and you’ve lost your will.
The hustle will wait, it won’t fade or break,
But you must know when it’s time to take a break.
Breathe in the silence, let the noise fade away,
Release the tension of the endless day.
It’s not surrender, but wisdom’s embrace,
To rest, renew, and find your own pace.
Step away from the grind, from the constant race,
And let your heart find a calmer space.
The work will return, but so will your spark,
Once you’ve rested your soul, once you’ve recharged your heart.
Know when to pause, when to step aside,
So you can come back stronger, with clear eyes open wide.
A break isn’t weakness, it’s part of the flow,
To gather your strength, to let your true light glow.
