Poem: Remove the Blackages

I stand before the walls I’ve made,
The silent chains, the doubts that trade,
The weight of thoughts, the frozen air,
The fear that holds me unaware.

In every breath, a river calls,
To wash away these shadowed walls,
To free the heart, to heal the mind,
And leave the past that I’ve confined.

The blockages, they lie like stones,
In places deep, I’ve called my own,
But now I see, they do not stay—
I choose to let them fall away.

I release the grip of shame and doubt,
The whispered fears that twist about,
Each fear that once had claimed my soul,
I free it now, I make it whole.

The stagnant air begins to move,
I feel the ground beneath me prove
That in surrender, there’s release,
In letting go, I find my peace.

The road ahead is clear and wide,
No longer bound, no need to hide.
The blockages, now left behind,
I step into the light, aligned.

With open heart, with open mind,
I trust the path that I will find.
And in the flow, I am restored,
No more a prisoner to the sword.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
