The first snow of the season falls,
A whisper soft, a gentle call,
It dances down in silver streams,
Like fragments of forgotten dreams.
The world is hushed, a silent grace,
As winter paints the earth’s embrace.
Each flake a secret, pure and bright,
A fleeting kiss in moonlit night.
The trees stand still in frozen prayer,
Their branches draped in frosty air.
The ground beneath, a canvas wide,
A quilt of white, the earth’s new tide.
Beneath the sky, so deep and cold,
The snow brings peace, both soft and bold.
And in the quiet, hearts are stilled,
As winter’s song is gently filled.
The first snow falls, a tender start,
A winter’s song to heal the heart.
