Healing the Heart
A tender ache, a silent cry,
The heart, once strong, begins to sigh.
But even through the darkest night,
There’s a whisper, soft with light.
In time, the cracks will find their grace,
A gentle touch, a healing space.
With each deep breath, the pain will fade,
Like morning sun through clouds, it swayed.
Let the tears fall, let them flow,
They water seeds you’ll soon sow.
For wounds, though deep, will fade in time,
Like ancient hills, they start to climb.
Each scar a story, worn and true,
A map of all you’ve walked right through.
So trust, dear heart, the strength you hold,
For even brokenness turns gold.
With every step, you’re mending still,
A quiet peace, a healing will.
And in your chest, where love resides,
The heart will bloom, with open tides.
Thank-you for reading.
Much Love and Light,
Brenda Marie
