Calm and Free
Beneath the sky, so wide and clear,
I breathe in peace, let go of fear.
The world around is soft and slow,
A gentle breeze, a steady flow.
The river hums its quiet song,
A melody where hearts belong.
With every wave, I drift and sway,
In calm embrace, I find my way.
The trees, they whisper sweet and low,
Their branches dance in evening’s glow.
No rush, no race, just endless time,
The stars above in rhythm chime.
I let the worries fade and flee,
A world so calm, and I am free.
No weight to carry, no need to strive,
In stillness, I am so alive.
Embraced by nature, pure and true,
I find my peace, and start anew.
In quiet moments, hearts align,
And in this calm, I’m yours, you’re mine.
Thank-you for reading.
Many blessings to all.
Much love and light,
Brenda Marie
