This poem is about the profound connection we have with the universe, how we’re both small and vast, and part of a grand, timeless dance. I hope it resonates with that feeling of being one with the cosmos. What do you think?

“With the Universe”
I stand beneath the endless sky,
Where stars are born, and galaxies fly.
I feel the pulse of time and space,
A cosmic rhythm, my heart’s embrace.
The moon speaks soft in silver tones,
While planets hum in ancient groans.
The universe, both vast and wide,
Whispers secrets, and I abide.
Each breath I take is woven there,
In stardust trails, in solar air.
I am but one, yet I am part,
Of the universe, and its beating heart.
The winds of fate, the tides of light,
Guide me gently through the night.
I am a spark in this grand design,
A thread that flows through endless time.
The mountains bow, the rivers sing,
To remind me of the peace they bring.
I move as one with all that’s true,
A force, a being, both old and new.
I trust the stars, I trust the sky,
For I am here, and so am I.
With every breath, with every prayer,
I find my place—I’m everywhere.
Thank-you for reading.
Much love and Light,
Brenda Marie Fluharty
