Poem: Go Within and Heal the Soul

Go within, where silence sings,
Beyond the pull of worldly things,
A breath, a pause, a soft exhale—
The inner winds begin to sail.

Beneath the noise, beneath the ache,
A place no fear or doubt can shake.
A spark of light, a whisper deep,
Where all that’s wounded learns to sleep.

You are not the storm, nor rain,
Not just the shadow, not the pain—
You’re roots in earth, and fire in sky,
A thousand truths that never die.

Let tears fall free like morning dew,
They’re cleansing rivers flowing through.
Each scar, a map, each crack, a gate,
To something whole, to something great.

So close your eyes, release control,
Go within—and heal the soul.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie Fluharty
