I wandered far where silence weeps,
Beyond the world where daylight sleeps,
And found myself in starbound seas,
Adrift among the galaxies.
The moon, a lantern hung in grace,
Observed me with a silver face.
The constellations, ancient, wise,
Wrote riddles in the ink-black skies.
No ground below, no map, no thread,
Just whispered tales the comets said.
Each breath a prayer, each thought a flame,
Each heartbeat calling out my name.
I chased the trail of meteor light,
A fleeting hope in endless night—
Yet every spark that pierced the dome
Fell swift and left me more alone.
But then—through depths no eyes had seen—
A hush, a warmth, a shade of green.
Auroras danced with ghostly grace,
And time stood still in that strange place.
I was not lost, the stars just hid—
They watched me like the ancients did.
And in their gaze, I came to be
Not lost, but part of mystery.
Thank-you for reading.
