Alone, You Will Grow and Heal
Alone, you will grow and heal—
not in the noise, not in the crowd,
but in the quiet where you feel
the ache you’ve never said out loud.
No hand to guide, no voice to steer,
just silence like a trusted guide—
and in that stillness, crystal-clear,
the truths you buried will arise.
The world may rush, may beg you “run,”
but healing walks a slower pace.
You’ll learn to breathe beneath the sun,
to meet yourself with gentle grace.
The pain you thought would never end
will soften, bend, and then transform.
You’ll find in solitude a friend—
a steady root against the storm.
Alone, you’ll tend the wounds unseen,
you’ll stitch your spirit seam by seam,
and bloom in places you have been
too lost to even dare to dream.
So don’t fear being on your own—
this path, though quiet, is alive.
Alone, you heal. Alone, you grow.
Alone, you learn you will survive.
Thank-you for reading.
Much Love and Light,
Brenda Marie
