When doors close hard and dreams go still,
When mountains rise against your will,
It’s not the end, though fear may span—
You’ll know, in time, God has a plan.
When roads you walked turn cold and bare,
And prayers hang silent in the air,
When all you’ve built falls through your hands,
Hold fast the thread—God understands.
Not every no is meant to break,
Some storms arrive for mercy’s sake.
What you can’t see from where you stand
Is shaped above by wiser hands.
The waiting hours, the aching years,
The shattered hope, the hidden tears—
Each piece will fit, though not today,
The tapestry is on its way.
You’ll feel it in a quiet breath,
In grief that yields to peace, not death.
In paths you never thought you’d walk,
Where pain and purpose start to talk.
So rest, the fight, release the fear,
The One who sees is always near.
When all else fails, still understand—
You’re not alone. God has a plan.
Thank-you for reading.
Many blessings to all.
Much love and light,
Brenda Marie
