Let go of fear, the shadowed chain,
That whispers loss, that echoes pain.
It cloaks the dawn in phantom night,
And dims the soul’s once-burning light.
Let go the weight of “what if” cries,
The haunted hush in silent skies.
For fear is but a tale untrue,
A ghost that feeds on what we do.
Breathe deep, step bold, release the past,
This moment’s here, and life moves fast.
You are not made of doubt or dread,
But stardust dreams and paths ahead.
The heart is not a cage of stone,
But wings that ache to fly alone.
So rise—unchained, unwind, appear—
You are not small. Let go of fear.
Thank-you for reading.
Much love and Light,
Brenda Marie Fluharty

Beautiful poem Brenda 🤝 This is a stirring, lyrical call to courage—a reminder that fear is an illusion that shrinks our world. The imagery of chains, ghosts, and caged hearts contrasts powerfully with the soaring metaphors of stardust, wings, and dawn’s light. The rhythm and rhyme give it a hymn-like quality, making it both a meditation and a rallying cry. A beautiful nudge to embrace freedom and trust in our own resilience. ✨🌿
