Breathe in light, and close your eyes,
Let silence fall from open skies.
Feel your feet on Earth’s embrace,
Anchored deep in sacred space.
Inhale calm, exhale the storm,
Let your spirit take its form.
A sphere of light begins to grow,
Around your body, soft and slow.
Above your head, a silver stream,
Flows like water through a dream.
It bathes your crown in liquid grace,
Washing fear from time and place.
Down your brow, a violet flame,
Carries whispers of your name.
Cleansing thought, igniting sight,
Sharpening your inner light.
Through your throat, a breeze so blue,
Speaks of all that’s kind and true.
Words unspoken drift away,
Leaving clarity today.
Now your heart, in emerald shine,
Pulses love through every line.
Forgive, release, let go, begin—
Breathe the world’s deep beauty in.
Golden warmth now floods your core,
A solar fire forevermore.
It burns away what doesn’t stay,
Leaving strength to light your way.
At your root, a crimson tide,
Rises from the Earth inside.
Grounded now in truth and grace,
You hold the stillness of this place.
Around you swirls, a radiant hue,
Of violet, rose, and ocean blue.
Your aura shines, renewed, alive,
A glowing field where dreams survive.
Breathe in peace, and let it stay,
As shadows gently drift away.
You are whole, you are clear,
Protected, present, now, and here.
When you’re ready, open your eyes. Carry the light you’ve found within.
