Poem: We All Feel Low Sometimes

We all feel low, some days are gray,
When light gets lost along the way.
The sky hangs heavy, hearts sink slow—
It’s part of life, this ebb, this flow.

The smile might falter, eyes might sting,
And joy feels like a distant thing.
But storms don’t mean the sun is gone—
It’s just behind, still holding on.

We all feel low, you’re not alone,
No heart beats steady, carved in stone.
Some days you rest, some days you roam,
And some, you just find your way home.

There’s strength in tears, in silent nights,
In choosing hope instead of heights.
So if you’re down, just breathe, just be—
The dark is part of being free.

You’re not a shadow, not the fall,
You’re still the sky, you still hold all.
And low won’t last, it comes, it goes—
Like rivers bending as they flow.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
