Let it fall, like rain at last,
The hurt you’ve hidden, buried fast.
No need to hold that weight inside,
Where silent shadows often hide.
Breathe it out, one breath, then two—
The ache that’s quietly shaped you.
Let trembling tears now speak your name,
And wash the walls once soaked in shame.
This hurt was real, and so were you,
In all the storms you struggled through.
But pain is not your only song—
You’ve carried it too loud, too long.
Lay down the blade made out of blame,
Undo the ties of guilt and shame.
You’re not the wound, you’re not the scar—
You’re every star that made it far.
So scream, or whisper, cry, or write,
Or sit in stillness through the night.
No need to rush, no race to win—
Just let the healing now begin.
And when you wake to lighter skies,
With softer breath and clearer eyes,
You’ll know the past has lost its chain—
And you are free to feel again.
