Guided Meditation for Protection and Guidance

“Calling in Your Guides and Guardians”
(Approx. 15–20 minutes, depending on pacing)

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.

Gently close your eyes.

Allow your hands to rest softly—on your lap, by your sides, or over your heart—wherever feels right.

Take a deep, slow breath in through your nose…
And slowly exhale through your mouth…

Let your breath be your anchor.

Inhale gently, filling your lungs…
And exhale, letting go of the weight of the day…

Feel your body begin to soften…
Your shoulders drop…
Your jaw loosens…
Your forehead smooths…

Let yourself arrive fully in this moment—safe, supported, and deeply present.

Now, bring your awareness to the space around you.
Imagine a soft golden light, beginning to surround your body like a gentle mist.
This is the light of divine protection… pure, loving, and radiant.

With each breath, this golden light becomes brighter, stronger.
It expands from your heart…
Wrapping around your chest… your arms…
Down through your legs…
Over your shoulders…
Above your head…
And all around your body.

You are now completely surrounded by this protective light.
This is your sacred space.

Now, in your heart, silently or aloud, begin to speak these words with intention:

“I now call upon my guides, my guardians, and all loving beings of light who walk with me on this path.”

“Please draw close. Surround me with your presence. Let me feel your nearness.”

Take a moment to pause here…
Notice any sensations… warmth… tingling… a sense of peace.

You are not alone.

“I call upon my spirit guides—those who know my soul, who walk beside me in every lifetime.”

“Guide me today. Whisper to my heart when I lose my way. Help me choose peace over fear, and love over anger.”

“Let your wisdom flow into me with clarity, with gentleness, and with grace.”

“Help me see what is unseen. Help me hear what is unspoken.”

“I call upon my guardian angels—those who are assigned to me by divine will.”

“Stand beside me today. Walk before me to clear the path. Walk behind me to protect me. Walk beside me so I never forget your presence.”

“Wrap your wings around me when I am weary. Shield me from harm, from negativity, and from fear.”

“Let no energy, thought, or presence that is not in alignment with love and light enter my field.”

Pause here…
And feel the embrace of your angels.
Perhaps you see their colors… feel their presence… sense their warmth.

You are held.
You are protected.

“I call upon the ancestors of the highest light—those who came before me, who walk with me in love.”

“Bless my journey. Strengthen my spirit. Root me in the wisdom of those who came before, and in the blessings that flow through my bloodline.”

“I thank you for your guidance and your protection.”

“And now, I ask all these loving forces—my guides, my angels, my guardians, my ancestors—to form a shield of light around me today.”

“A shield that lets love in, but keeps all harm away.”

“A shield that grounds me in my truth and reminds me that I am worthy, I am safe, I am never alone.”

“Let this shield be with me in every space I enter. Let it surround me at work, at home, in conversation, in silence, in movement, in rest.”

“Let it reflect away all energies that are not mine to carry.”

“Let it return to sender anything sent in harm—cleansed and transmuted by love.”

Take another deep breath in…
And slowly exhale…

Feel the light around you…
The presence of your guides…
The warmth of divine protection surrounding you like a blanket…

In this moment, you are whole.
You are protected.
You are deeply loved.

And now, silently or aloud, affirm the following:

  • I walk through this day in peace and power.

  • I am shielded, guided, and protected.

  • I trust in the wisdom of my guides and the love of my guardians.

  • I allow only love to enter my field.

  • I walk with clarity, strength, and grace.

Begin to bring awareness back to your body…
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently…
Roll your shoulders…
Maybe place your hand on your heart, and give yourself a small smile of gratitude.

And when you’re ready… slowly open your eyes.

Carry this shield with you into the rest of your day,
Knowing that you are protected, supported, and never alone.
