A Guided Journey to Heal Lack
With Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Inner Awareness
🌬️ Preparation (5 minutes)
Before we begin, find a quiet, safe space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Silence notifications, dim the lights, and if you’d like, play soft ambient music or nature sounds in the background.
Take a moment to close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
Begin to notice your breath. Don’t try to change it—just feel it.
Ask yourself gently:
“What kind of lack am I feeling right now?”
“Where do I sense this in my body?”
Step 1: Awareness (5–7 minutes)
Let’s invite gentle awareness to what’s present.
Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
Hold for 2 seconds
Exhale through the mouth for 6 seconds
Do this breath pattern for 5 rounds, slowly.
With each breath, allow your body to soften. You might say quietly or internally:
“I am willing to see what is here.”
Imagine yourself turning on a light inside your inner world—not to fix, but just to see. Notice if you feel tightness, fear, numbness, or emptiness. Just observe. No judgment.
Step 2: Breath to Clear (7–10 minutes)
Now that we’ve created space, we’ll use breath to begin clearing stored emotion and stagnant energy around lack.
Use this breath pattern for the next few minutes:
Conscious Connected Breathing:
Inhale through the mouth, deep into the belly
Exhale immediately through the mouth, no pause
(Breath is continuous, circular—like waves)
Set a steady rhythm, not forced.
Breathe like this for 2 to 3 minutes, then return to normal breath.
Let your body move if it wants—yawn, sigh, stretch, cry.
Let it be expressive. That’s healing.
Repeat the cycle:
-
2–3 minutes of connected breath
-
1–2 minutes rest
-
(Do 2 or 3 rounds)
Affirm quietly:
“I let go of what no longer serves.”
“I release the illusion of not enough.”
Step 3: Anchor in Abundance (10 minutes)
Now that you’ve cleared space, let’s plant new truth.
Return to gentle, slow nasal breathing.
Inhale 4 | Hold 4 | Exhale 4 | Hold 4
(This is called box breathing. Do for 3–4 minutes.)
As you breathe, speak or think the following affirmations. Repeat each slowly, breathing them in:
-
“I am supported by Life itself.”
-
“There is more than enough for me.”
-
“I am inherently worthy.”
-
“My needs are seen and met.”
-
“I open to receive.”
Now, visualize your body filling with warm, golden light—starting at your feet, rising slowly through your legs, your belly, your chest, up to your crown. This light is the energy of abundance, compassion, and life itself.
Imagine this light radiating outward—you are now a source of enoughness, not just seeking it.
Step 4: Integration (5–7 minutes)
Come to stillness. Just breathe naturally.
Gently place your hands over your heart.
Ask inwardly:
“What truth do I want to carry forward?”
“What would it feel like if I already had everything I need?”
Rest in that feeling—not in thought, but in sensation.
Feel the peace of enoughness. The stillness of being.
You might end with a phrase like:
“Thank you, Life. I am whole.”
Let yourself sit in this new frequency as long as you’d like.

ptional Journaling Prompts
When you finish, you can reflect with these prompts:
-
What sensations or emotions did I notice during the practice?
-
Where do I most often feel “lack” in my life?
-
What beliefs may be feeding that feeling?
-
What new truths feel more aligned with who I really am?
-
What one thing can I do today to act from a place of enoughness?
Final Words
Healing lack is not about chasing more.
It’s about remembering that you are already whole.
Through breath, presence, and attention—you reclaim the truth.
You are not empty. You are a vessel that Life longs to fill—
not with things, but with truth, connection, and aliveness.
Come back to this practice anytime you forget.
You are enough. You are safe. You are loved.
Thank-you for reading.
Remember there are many paths back to God.
Follow your own path,

This is a beautifully crafted and profoundly gentle guide. It doesn’t seek to fix, but to welcome and transform. The shift from clearing to anchoring in abundance is a powerful journey from lack to wholeness. A truly compassionate and effective practice for remembering one’s inherent enoughness.
