Poem: Guided Love

Not rushed like fire, nor lost like rain,
But steady as a silent train.
It moves through valleys, climbs above—
The quiet strength of guided love.

No wild pursuit, no tangled chase,
Just footsteps matched in gentle grace.
A compass not of stars or skies,
But something truer—hearts grown wise.

It does not beg, it does not bind,
It speaks with trust, not need to find.
And in its gaze, there is no test—
Just space to fall, and still feel blessed.

Through storms it walks, through doubt it stays,
Not needing maps to know the way.
For when love’s guided not by fear,
Each turn it takes feels clear, sincere.

So take my hand—not just to hold,
But to build stories, brave and bold.
For love is not just sparks above…
It’s choosing peace. It’s guided love.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
