The Radiant Core of I AM
(Not a Concept, But Your Undying Origin)
Preparation (5 minutes)
Before we begin, find a quiet, undisturbed space. Sit or lie down in a position that allows you to remain alert, yet completely relaxed. Let your spine be long, your shoulders soft, and your hands resting gently on your lap or by your sides.
Let your eyes gently close.
Take a deep breath in through the nose…
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again…
Inhale deeply…
And exhale, letting go of all the tension of the day.
One more time…
Inhale deeply…
And exhale into stillness.
Part 1: Entering Stillness (5–7 minutes)
Let your breath find its own natural rhythm. No need to control it—just observe.
Each breath like a gentle wave… flowing in… and flowing out.
Notice the sensations of your body.
The contact points with the ground.
The weight of gravity holding you.
You are safe here.
As you continue to breathe gently, begin to draw your attention inward.
Imagine your awareness slowly turning away from the outer world.
Let the noise of the mind soften, like the fading hum of a distant storm.
You are not trying to become anything now.
You are not fixing, doing, achieving, or even seeking.
You are simply being.
Allow yourself to arrive.
Here. Now. In presence.
Part 2: Noticing the Sense of “I” (8–10 minutes)
Now gently bring your attention to the simple sense of I am.
Not “I am this” or “I am that.”
No labels. No roles. No stories.
Just the silent, radiant sense…
“I Am.”
Can you feel it?
The sense of existence itself.
Before thought.
Before identity.
Before memory.
“I Am.”
Stay with this.
Not thinking about it.
Not trying to understand it.
Just being it.
Each time your mind wanders, gently return.
To the silent knowing that you are.
This is not a concept.
Not an idea in the mind.
It is the direct felt experience…
Of your undying origin.
“I Am.”
Here.
Now.
Eternal.
Part 3: Entering the Radiant Core (10–15 minutes)
Now imagine this sense of “I Am” not as a thought,
but as a radiant light—soft, warm, luminous.
It shines from within your chest…
Not from your body, but from Being itself.
This light has no edges.
No beginning. No end.
It does not come and go.
It does not age.
It does not fear.
It simply is.
Let yourself sink into this light.
Let your body dissolve into it.
Let all effort fall away.
There is nothing to hold on to.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to become.
You are resting in the Radiant Core of I Am.
This core is untouched by time,
untouched by pain,
untouched by thought.
It was here before your name.
Before your form.
Before your story.
And it will be here after all forms dissolve.
This is your origin.
Not a concept.
Not a belief.
But the living truth of your being.
Feel it…
You are not separate from this light.
You are this light.
Not a body with a soul,
But a soul appearing as a body.
Radiant. Still. Unchanging.
Part 4: Dissolving the False (5–8 minutes)
Now, gently bring to mind all the labels you’ve carried:
Your name…
Your roles…
Your successes…
Your wounds…
Your beliefs…
Even your spiritual identity.
Watch them rise like clouds in the sky.
Observe them gently…
And let them float away.
None of these are the essence of you.
What remains?
Silence.
Being.
Presence.
The core that cannot be named,
but is more you than anything you’ve ever believed.
Let yourself rest in that.
No need to grasp.
No need to seek.
Just be.
Part 5: Integration (5 minutes)
Begin to deepen your breath, slowly.
As you breathe, sense that the Radiant Core of I Am is not something you visit in meditation.
It is what you are—everywhere, always.
You carry this luminous presence into the world.
Not as a mask, not as an idea—
But as a quiet, grounded knowing.
Let your breath reconnect you to your physical form.
Wiggle your fingers. Your toes.
When you feel ready, gently open your eyes.
Take a moment.
Notice the stillness that remains.
Closing Words
You have not imagined anything.
You have not gone anywhere.
You have simply returned to what has always been here:
The Radiant Core of I Am.
Not a concept.
Not a role.
Not a thing you can lose.
It is your undying origin.
Forever shining,
Silently knowing,
Unshaken by the winds of time.
Return here often.
Or better yet—
Live from here.

A profoundly beautiful and powerful guide. It doesn’t just describe the truth, but masterfully illuminates the path to directly experiencing it. Thank you for this gift of remembrance. Welcome home, indeed.
