The Art of Healing
Healing is not a thunderclap—
it is a quiet rain,
falling soft upon the earth
that once burned with pain.
It is breath returning slowly,
a sunrise without applause,
the gentle work of time and grace
rewriting ancient flaws.
Scars are not the end of us,
they’re pages turned and done—
the proof that even shattered things
can shimmer in the sun.
So be patient with your mending,
with the way your heart still bends—
healing isn’t getting back—
it’s learning how to begin again.
Thank-you for reading.
Remember there are many paths back to God.
