The universe provides—
not in thunderclaps or burning signs,
but in the quiet turning of a leaf,
the soft rearranging of a day
you thought you already knew.
It gives in echoes:
a kindness looping back
from someone you once helped
and long forgot;
a door opening
you didn’t realize you’d been knocking on.
It provides in timing—
late, early, perfectly askew—
enough to make you laugh
at how little control you truly hold,
and how much grace you’re offered anyway.
It slips answers
into the pockets of your doubt:
a remembered name,
a small coincidence,
a whisper that feels like intuition
but might be something older.
And when you ask for nothing,
when you are simply still,
it hands you everything—
the whole sky laid open,
inviting you to notice
you’ve always been part of its giving.
Thank-you for reading.
Remember there are many paths back to God.
