Home Is Where Your Heart Is
Home is not a rooftop,
nor walls that keep out rain—
it’s the quiet warmth you carry
through sorrow and through gain.
It lives inside the laughter
of someone who knows your name,
in the gentle way a memory
can spark a steady flame.
Home travels in your footsteps,
it’s the love you choose to give;
a place that needs no map at all—
it’s found in how you live.
So even when you wander,
through the world’s uncertain art,
you’re never truly far from home—
it beats within your heart.
