You are stronger than you think,
Though storms may bend your weary frame.
The winds may howl, the skies may darken,
Yet still your spirit guards its flame.
You have carried silent burdens,
Crossed valleys deep and mountains steep,
Survived the nights that seemed unending,
And held on through the tears you keep.
Strength is not the absence of fear,
Nor never falling to the ground;
It is rising with trembling hands
Each time life tries to keep you down.
The cracks within you are not weakness;
They are proof of battles fought.
Every scar tells a story
Of courage that cannot be bought.
So when doubt whispers in the shadows
And tells you that you cannot go on,
Remember all the roads behind you,
And how you’ve reached each breaking dawn.
There is a power within your heart
Greater than any fear you face.
You are stronger than you think—
A soul built not to break, but to embrace.
Thank-you for reading.
