I know there are many writers out there that can relate to this poem. All my life I have written poetry and short stories. Writing has brought me great happiness. I have not yet made much money with my writing. I hope that will change very soon. I hope you enjoy my poem a writer’s life.
A Writer’s Life
A writer’s life for me
Not much money in it
But plenty of prosperity.
A writer’s life for me
What a great thing to be.
It’s a writer’s life for me.
I am so happy.
A childhood dream come true.
It’s a writer’s life for me.
I spend my day doing what I love.
I write all day and all night.
But this is not a fight
As I love to write.
It’s a writer’s life for me.
Spending all my time
Doing what I love writing.
It’s a happy way of life
Writing from the soul.
It’s a writer’s life for me.
