Love Them

Break free from the pain.

Trying to help everyone

Will make you go insane.

God reminds you

Your love for them is not in vain.

But they have to heal themselves.

It’s their path, their choice, not yours.

Their suffering is part of what they have to go through.

It helps them learn the lessons they have to learn.

Stand by them.

Hold their hand.

Love them.

But do not suffer with them.

If you try to absorb their pain,

Know they will only suffer more for your interference.

Hold space and grace for them.

Try to guide them the best you can.

Show them love

That is all you can do.
